“In five years we don’t see serious Marketing departments running their business with spreadsheets and emails. MRM systems will be an everyday choice for Marketers. When Marketers interact at conferences it will be a question of “what systems are you using to manage Marketing?”, not “do you have a system?” There is just no way that Marketers will be able to effectively compete with companies who use MRM and other Marketing systems effectively. We are into the fat part of the adoption curve for MRM in Orbis’ view.”

Though Orbis doesn’t have a Campaign Management capability but they have partnered with SAS and integrated with Siebel CRM to provide the required solution. Kate again emphasize the flexibility of their architecture which can easily integrate with such applications.
